Terms and Conditions

General
- You are only buying the digital file, not the printed artwork.
- You can re-upload the illustration giving me the respective credits, but you can't claim that you have made it nor make any modification. It's only for personal use (avatar, wallpaper, etc).
- As the artist, I have the right to upload the illustration on my pages giving you the respective credits.
- I'll show you the sketch before doing the lineart. Little changes or my own mistakes are free, big changes would be a variable extra cost based on the change's volume.
- Once I finish the drawing I only accept little changes or mistakes corrections. I won't accept big changes.
- You'll receive the illustration by email in .png format with its original size. Without any watermark/signature.
- I reserve the right to not accept or cancel your order if you don't meet the conditions, you are someone suspicious or you have bad behavior.- For professional work, we should discuss the prices, they would be higher than the normal ones. If you are looking for a commission for professional use you must specify it in the information. _{(Comercial commissions are not available at this moment)}
- For private commissions, I add 20% more to the final price.Payment- I only accept payments via PayPal (In Euros).
- Wait for my instructions before sending me the payment.
- I'll send you the invoice through Paypal to your email for the payment.
- You have 48 hours to pay. If you don't pay within that period, your order will be canceled.- For normal commissions: if you cancel your order before I start I'll refund you 100%, if I have finished the sketch it'll be 50%. Once I have finished the lineart there won't be any refund.
- For sketch commissions: I'll only give you a refund if I haven't started your commission, if I have already started there is no refund possible.By placing an order and purchasing my services you are automatically accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Términos y Condiciones

General
- Únicamente estás comprando el archivo digital, no una ilustración impresa.
- Puedes resubir mi arte dándome los respectivos créditos, pero no puedes reclamar que lo has hecho tú ni realizarle ninguna modificación. Es sólo para uso personal (avatar, fondo, etc).
- Como el artista, tengo el derecho de subir mi arte a mis páginas dándote los respectivos créditos.
- Te mostraré el sketch antes de hacer el lineart. Cambios pequeños o fallos míos son gratis, grandes cambios serían un coste extra variable según el volumen del cambio.
- Una vez terminado el dibujo solo admito pequeños cambios o correcciones de errores. No acepto cambios grandes.
- Recibirás el dibujo por email en formato .png con su tamaño original. Sin ninguna marca de agua/firma.
- Me reservo el derecho a no aceptar o cancelar tu pedido si no cumple las condiciones, eres alguien sospechoso o tienes mal comportamiento.- Para trabajos profesionales deberíamos discutir los precios, serían mayores que los normales. Si buscas una comisión para uso profesional deberás especificarlo con la información que me envíes. _{(Las comisiones comerciales no están disponibles en este momento)}
- Una comisión privada costará un 20% más que el precio original.Pago- Solo acepto pagos por PayPal (En Euros).
- Espera a mis instrucciones antes de mandarme el pago.
- Te mandaré por Paypal una factura a tu email para que pagues.
- Dispones de 48 horas para pagar. Si no pagas en ese plazo, tu pedido será cancelado.
- Para comisiones normales: si cancelas tu pedido antes de que empiece te reembolsaré el 100%, si he acabado el boceto será el 50%. Una vez acabado el lineart no habrá ningún tipo de reembolso.
- Para comisiones tipo sketch: solo se devolverá el importe si no he empezado con tu encargo, una vez iniciado no se acepta ningún reembolso.Al hacerme un pedido y comprar mis servicios automáticamente estás aceptando estos Términos y Condiciones.
